About the Event
Every 9 minutes, someone is diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. An estimated 4,000 individuals in Dallas are living with the disease—a number that is growing as Parkinson's is the fastest-growing neurological disease. April is Parkinson’s Awareness month and Edgemere Senior Living and the Dallas Area Parkinson Society (DAPS) are hosting the first Dallas Annual Walk for Parkinson’s.
