Join Barb for exercise and voice class in person at every Thursday at 9:30 a.m. CSTSouth Garland Baptist Church.
Adapted for all stages of PD—seated or standing. Each class offers a different focus and modifications like towels and balls are incorporated. Barb’s theme is “Movement is our medicine”. Voice work is included and Barb encourages members to dedicate each class to someone they would like to honor.
